The generational change was an important step for us, but it took time not only to follow in our footsteps, but to fill them in and to point out our own paths. As soon as you hand over an outstanding claim to us, we take care of the entire process for you — from the initial contact with the debtor to the possible legal enforcement of the claim.

When is it worthwhile to appoint Eurosolvent?

An assignment is worthwhile if reminders are unsuccessful and the debtor does not respond. The faster we act, the higher the chances of success.

What happens if the debtor does not pay during the collection process?

We review each case individually and discuss the possible next steps with you, such as the initiation of a court order for payment.

How does the cooperation with Eurosolvent work?

After handing over the claim, we will keep you informed about all steps and coordinate closely with you. Our goal is fast, smooth processing.

How long does it take to process my claim?

The processing time depends on the individual case. Many cases can be resolved out of court within a few weeks.
